Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately through the contact details provided on our website. Delayed requests may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is delivered in a damaged condition

  • An incorrect product is delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized wall paintings

  • Made-to-order artwork

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Refunds for these items will only be considered if the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective wall painting, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.

Failure to report damages within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the refund or replacement request.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Charges

Shipping, handling, or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement timelines may vary depending on stock and delivery location.
